(NYSE: KKR) to launch a heavy and enhanced oil recovery strategy with current investments in the Mid-continent region of the U.S. and the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.
Centerboard Residential
Centerboard Residential pursues controlling or sizable minority investments in value-add opportunities in multi-family, workforce lodging and infrastructure related real-estate. In 2013, Centerboard Residential partnered with AllianceBernstein L.P. (NYSE: AB) to purchase a controlling interest in Signor Lodging, an operating company focused on workforce lodging for the oil and gas end-market.
